Role and Responsibilities:

  • Be the internal and external evangelist for the product
  • Manage the entire product life cycle from planning to execution
  • Perform market research and competitor study to identify the market needs for the product
  • Get the accurate pulse of Business Needs through engaging with Customers, Prospects
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and articulate the customer requirements and market requirements in to a logically sequenced and optimized product roadmap.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills, attention to detail with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Work with product design team to do user testing and analyse the feedback to enhance the overall user experience of the product
  • Identify, define and implement periodical enhancements in the product to ensure overall product and performance improvements
  • Work with Product Development teams to ensure that they understand product requirements, business needs and actively participate in providing any needed guidance and clarification in a timely manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability present complex information clearly and concisely to different stakeholders.
  • Take appropriate actions to improve product and product line efficiencies and performance to achieve overall revenue, retention, growth and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to take ownership and successfully deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute new strategic digital marketing initiatives at Zycus.
  • Define social positioning, strategy, and creative to strengthen the Zycus brand presence on social media & contributing to brand awareness via organic sources
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
  • Generate monthly content asset calendars & promotions.
  • Create and disseminate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports both on our own social strategy, as well as the competitive landscape
  • Strategize and Execute Paid Campaigns on different channels – Should have an experiment-oriented mindset looking to discover new avenues of targeting and channels
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Should look at data and analytics at regular intervals with the aim of optimizing campaigns
  • Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
  • Collaborate with the different product marketing teams to ensure that personalized assets are created for the different target accounts which are engaging and enable conversion across the buying funnel.
  • Utilize the complete toolbox for a modern digital marketer
  • Create quarterly marketing plans for targeted list of accounts and contacts that focus on customer acquisition and accelerate opportunity close and expansion
  • Model and forecast results; conduct A/B tests and use a data-driven approach to refine and enhance outcomes to hit KPI targets like inquiries, MQL, and sales active pipeline
  • Track, measure & report on all campaign activity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through improved account research, audience identification, content marketing, and streamlined processes
  • Reconcile all marketing tactics to the marketing budget and manage initiatives to maximize the ROI

Candidate should have prior experience of working with e-procurement “procure to pay” or “source to pay” (P2P / S2P) products like SAP ARIBA, COUPA, IVALUA, BASWARE, JAGGAER or any other similar strategic sourcing / e-sourcing / procure2pay / Source2pay product suite.

Wondering what will you be doing?
Being a part of our Pre Sales Team, you will be running the sales pursuit process including the win strategy, bid plan, and overall solution creation. The focus of this role is to manage pursuits process and engage with all key internal stakeholders and showcase to customers how they can derive business value which we call “value engineering”

  • Run sales deal pursuits with the pursuit lead to establish WIN themes
  • Be responsible for all aspects of deal pursuits from kick-off to submission
  • Present and give demo of our products and help solutioning with our customers
  • Be responsible for end-to-end Proposal building i.e., Responding to Client Request for Information (RFIs) & Request for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Understand Business Problem, identify process gaps and build business case for the pursuit
  • Be responsible for product positioning, evaluating customer’s requirements and offering custom configured demonstrations for better value propositioning.
